ATP5I Antibody

Immunoprecipitation:ATP5I AntibodyNBP3-29759] -

Immunoprecipitation:ATP5I AntibodyNBP3-29759] -Detection of human ATP5I by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (0.5 or 1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from 293T cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-ATP5I antibody NBP3-29759 (lot NBP3-29759-1) used for IP at 6 µg per reaction. ATP5I was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-ATP5I antibody for blotting immunoprecipitated ATP5I, NBP3-29759 was used at 1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 seconds.

Background: ATP5I

Mitochondrial ATP synthase catalyzes ATP synthesis, utilizing an electrochemical gradient of protons across the innermembrane during oxidative phosphorylation. It is composed of two linked multi-subunit complexes: the soluble catalyticcore, F1, and the membrane-spanning component, F0, which comprises the proton channel. The F1 complex consists of 5different subunits (alpha, beta, gamma, delta, and epsilon) assembled in a ratio of 3 alpha, 3 beta, and a singlerepresentative of the other 3. The F0 seems to have nine subunits (a, b, c, d, e, f, g, F6 and 8). This gene encodesthe e subunit of the F0 complex. (provided by RefSeq)
