Immunoprecipitation:Beta 2 Adaptin AntibodyNBP3-29580] -Detection of human Beta-2-adaptin by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from HEK293T cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-Beta-2-adaptin antibody (NBP3-29580 lot 2) used for IP at 6 µg per reaction. Beta-2-adaptin was also immunoprecipitated by a previous lot of this antibody (NBP3-29580 lot 1) and a second.inst a different epitope of Beta-2-adaptin (A304-718A). For blotting immunoprecipitated Beta-2-adaptin, NBP3-29580 was used at 0.04 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 seconds.Applications for Beta 2 Adaptin Antibody
