Western Blot: CASC5 Antibody [NB100-2586] - ASPP1/2 interact with multiple kinetochore components. Endogenous ASPP1/2 interact with multiple kinetochore components. Immunoprecipitation with anti-ASPP1 or ASPP2 antibodies were performed using cell lysates prepared from HeLa cells. The presence of kinetochore components in the immunoprecipitates was detected by WB analyses with their indicated antibodies.
