Cells were fixed with 4% PFA, permeabilzed with 0.1% Triton X-100 in PBS, blocked with 10% serum, and incubated with rabbit anti-Human CCDC16 polyclonal antibody (dilution ratio 1:1000) at 4C overnight. Then cells were stained with the Alexa Fluor$488-conjugated Goat Anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody (green). Positive staining was localized to nucleus.

Background: CCDC16

CCDC16 (coiled-coil domain containing 16) is a U1-like C2H2-type zinc finger protein whose function has not been characterized. Coiled-coil proteins exhibit tertiary structures made up of a number of highly organized alpha helices wound around each other to mediate oligomerization.
