Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-CCDC28A antibody NBP3-29355 used for IP at 10 µg/mg lysate. CCDC28A was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-CCDC28A., which recognizes a downstream epitope. For blotting immunoprecipitated CCDC28A, A302-392A was used at 1 µg/ml.
