Product Specifications
Immunogen
This antibody was raised by immunising mice with an EBV-transformed B cell line from a patient with MHC class II deficiency.
Specificity
OTH-74D4 antibody recognises CD45RA, which is an CD45 isoform containing only protein A region. The CD45RA antigen is expressed mostly on naive CD4+, CD8+ and gd+ T and on most B and NK lymphocytes. Generally the CD45RA antigen density decreases upon activation.

Flow Cytometry: CD45RA Antibody (OTH-74D4) - Chimeric - Azide and BSA Free [NBP3-12063]
Flow Cytometry: CD45RA Antibody (OTH-74D4) - Chimeric [NBP3-12063] - Using the Anti-CD45RA antibody OTH-74D4 (Ab01502). Paraformaldehyde fixed Jurkat cells permeabilized with 0.5% Triton were stained with CD45RA antibody (Ab00178-23.0; isotype control, black line) or the rabbit IgG version of OTH-74D4 (Ab01502-23.0, blue line) at a dilution of 1:100 for 1h at RT. After washing, the bound antibody was detected using a goat anti-rabbit IgG AlexaFluor® 488 antibody at a dilution of 1:1000 and cells analyzed using a FACSCanto flow-cytometer.Immunofluorescence: CD45RA Antibody (OTH-74D4) - Chimeric - Azide and BSA Free [NBP3-12063]
Immunofluorescence: CD45RA Antibody (OTH-74D4) - Chimeric [NBP3-12063] - Staining of Jukat cells with anti-CD45RA (Ab01502) OTH-74D4 Immunofluorescence analysis of paraformaldehyde fixed Jukat cells on Shi-fix™ cover-slips stained with the chimeric rabbit IgG version of OTH-74D4 (Ab01502-23.0) (1:100 dilution) for 1h followed by Alexa Fluor® 488 secondary antibody (1:1000 dilution), showing membrane and cytoplasmic staining. The nuclear stain is DAPI (blue). Panels show from left-right, top-bottom Ab01502-23.0, DAPI, merged channels and an isotype control. The isotype control was an unknown specificity antibody (Ab00178-23.0) followed by staining with Alexa Fluor® 488 secondary antibody.Applications for CD45RA Antibody (OTH-74D4) - Chimeric - Azide and BSA Free
