Western Blot: CD52 Antibody (YTH 34.5-G2b (Campath-1G)) - Chimeric [NBP2-52657] - Western Blot using anti-CD52 antibody YTH 34.5-G2b (Campath-1G). Mouse spleen samples were resolved on a 15% SDS PAGE gel and blots probed with the rat IgG1-chimeric version of YTH 34.5-G2b at 1.5 ug/ml before detection using an anti-rat secondary antibody. Protein was detected by chemiluminescence. Flow Cytometry: CD52 Antibody (YTH 34.5-G2b (Campath-1G)) - Chimeric [NBP2-52657] - Flow-cytometry using the anti-CD52 research biosimilar antibody Campath-1G (YTH 34.5-G2b) Human lymphocytes were stained with an isotype control (panel A) or the rabbit-chimeric version of Campath-1G / YTH 34.5-G2b (NBP2-52657, panel B) at a concentration of 0.25 ug/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, bound antibody was detected using a AF488 conjugated donkey anti-rabbit antibody and cells analysed on a FACSCanto flow-cytometer.Applications
