Product Summary for CD74 Antibody (LN-2) - Chimeric - Azide and BSA Free
Immunogen
This antibody was raised by immunizing mice with SU-DHL-4 lymphoma cells.
Specificity
LN-2 antibody recognizes CD74. It reacts with an epitope residing within 60 amino acids of the extracytoplasmic, COOH terminus of the protein. CD74 is a type II transmembrane protein which binds to the peptide binding groove of newly synthesized MHC class II alpha/beta heterodimers and prevents their premature association with endogenous polypeptides.
Clonality
Monoclonal
Host
Rabbit
Isotype
IgG Kappa
Scientific Data Images for CD74 Antibody (LN-2) - Chimeric - Azide and BSA Free
Western Blot: CD74 Antibody (LN-2)ChimericAzide and BSA Free [NBP3-12079]
Western Blot: CD74 Antibody (LN-2) - Chimeric [NBP3-12079] - Daudi cell lysate (A), human spleen (B) and human tonsil (C) tissue lysates (35ug protein in RIPA buffer) were resolved on a SDS PAGE gel and blots were probed with the chimeric rabbit version of LN-2 (NBP3-12079) at 0.0001 ug/ml, 0.001 ug/ml and 0.0001 ug/ml, respectively, before detection using an anti-rabbit secondary antibody. A primary incubation of 1h was used and protein was detected by chemiluminescence.Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence: CD74 Antibody (LN-2) - Chimeric - Azide and BSA Free [NBP3-12079]
Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: CD74 Antibody (LN-2) - Chimeric [NBP3-12079] - Immunofluorescence analysis of paraformaldehyde fixed Daudi cells on Shi-fix(TM) coverslips stained with the chimeric rabbit IgG version of LN-2 (NBP3-12079) at 10 ug/ml for 1h followed by Alexa Fluor(R) 488 secondary antibody (2 ug/ml), showing membrane staining. The nuclear stain is DAPI (blue). Panels show from left-right, top-bottom NBP3-12079, DAPI, merged channels and an isotype control. The isotype control was an unknown specificity antibody followed by staining with Alexa Fluor(R) 488 secondary antibody.Applications for CD74 Antibody (LN-2) - Chimeric - Azide and BSA Free
