Western Blot: CDC42 [p Ser71] Antibody (4X7Z2) [NBP3-16915] - Western blot analysis of extracts of A-431 cells, using CDC42 Rabbit mAb (NBP3-16915) at 1:1000 dilution.A-431 cells were treated by CIP(20uL/400ul) at 37C for 1 hour. Secondary antibody: HRP Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) at 1:10000 dilution. Lysates/proteins: 25ug per lane. Blocking buffer: 3% BSA. Detection: ECL Enhanced Kit. Exposure time: 3min.
