Western Blot: CDK1/2/3 [p Thr14] Antibody (4I9L3) [NBP3-33561] - Western blot analysis of various lysates using CDK1/2/3 Rabbit mAb at 1:1000 dilution. Both NIH/3T3 cells and C6 cells were treated by Hydroxyurea (4 Mm) at 37C for 20 hours or treated by Nocodazole (100 ng/mL) at 37C for 24 hours.Secondary antibody: HRP-conjugated Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) at 1:10000 dilution.
Lysates/proteins: 25ug per lane.
Blocking buffer: 3% BSA.
Detection: ECL Basic Kit.
Exposure time: 30s.
