ChABC Antibody (6A12) - Azide and BSA Free

This ChABC (6A12) antibody is useful for ELISA and Western blot, where a band can be seen at approximately 80 kDa. A fainter band can be seen around 90 kDa. It can be used in Sandwich ELISA as the capture antibody with catalog # NBP1-96141, ChABC (1E10) as the detection antibody. The observed molecular weight of the protein may vary from the listed predicted molecular weight due to post translational modifications, post translation cleavages, relative charges, and other experimental factors. Western blot data: 125 ng Chondroitinase ABC was mixed with 100 ug of fetal bovine serum (as a background control). The proteins were mixed with 100 ul of non-reducing sample buffer and applied to a single 6 cm well set in a SDS-PAGE minigel (approx 20 ng/well [0.5 cm]). The gel bands were electroblotted to a nitrocellulose sheet. Immunolabeling for individual antibodies was performed on the sheet placed in a slot blot devise. Affinity purified NBP1-96141 (ChABC/1E10) and NBP1-96142 (ChABC/6A12) were applied at 5 ug/ml IgG.
