Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: Common gamma Chain/IL-2 R gamma Antibody (011) [NBP2-90408] - Immunofluorescence staining of mouse Common gamma Chain/IL-2 R gamma in mouse splenocytes. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA, blocked with 10% serum, and incubated with rabbit anti-mouse Common gamma Chain/IL-2 R gamma monoclonal antibody (1:60) at 4C overnight. Then cells were stained with the Alexa Fluor(R) 488-conjugated Goat Anti-rabbit IgG Secondary antibody (green).

Flow Cytometry: Common gamma Chain/IL-2 R gamma Antibody (011) [NBP2-90408]

Flow Cytometry: Common gamma Chain/IL-2 R gamma Antibody (011) [NBP2-90408] - Flow cytometric analysis of Mouse Common gamma Chain/IL-2 R gamma expression on BABL/c splenocytes. Cells were stained with purified anti-Mouse Common gamma Chain/IL-2 R gamma, then a FITC-conjugated second step antibody. The fluorescence histograms were derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of intact cells.

Background: Common gamma Chain/IL-2 R gamma

The interleukin 2 (IL2) receptor gamma chain (IL2RG), an important signalling component of many interleukin receptors(IL2,IL4,IL7,IL9, and IL15), is thus referred to as the common gamma chain. Mutations in this X-chromosome-linked genecause X-linked severe combined immunodeficiency (XSCID). (provided by RefSeq)
