Immunofluorescence: Complement Component C3aR Antibody (3G7) - Chimeric [NBP2-52674] - Immunofluorescence analysis of paraformaldehyde fixed human PBMs on Shi-fix(TM) coverslips, permeabilized with 0.15% Triton and stained with the chimeric rabbit IgG version of 3G7 (NBP2-52674) at 10 ug/ml for 1h followed by Alexa Fluor(R) 488 secondary antibody (1 ug/ml), showing membrane staining. The nuclear stain is DAPI (blue). Panels show from left-right, top-bottom NBP2-52674, DAPI, merged channels and an isotype control. This full-length, chimeric rabbit antibody was made using the variable domain sequences of the original Mouse scFv format, for improved compatibility with existing reagents, assays and techniques. This scFv antibody binds to the 2e loop of the human Complement Component C3a recceptor, a G protein-coupled receptor stimulating chemotaxis, superoxide anion generation and granule enzyme release.
