Product Summary for CORO1B [p Ser2] Antibody
Immunogen
CORO1B (Ser-2) synthetic peptide (coupled to carrier protein) corresponds to amino acids surrounding serine 2 in human CORO1B. This sequence has high homology to the conserved site in rat and mouse CORO1B and in coronin-1A. However, this sequence has low homology to the conserved region in other coronins. [UniProt# Q9BR76]
Modification
p Ser2
Specificity
The antibody detects a 60 kDa band corresponding to CORO1B on SDS-PAGE immunoblots of human A431 or HeLa cells treated with Calyculin A. This band is not observed in control cells and the band observed in Calyculin A-treated cells can be removed with lambda phosphatase treatment.
Clonality
Polyclonal
Host
Rabbit
Isotype
IgG
Theoretical MW
60 kDa.

Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: CORO1B [p Ser2] Antibody [NBP3-23242] -
Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: CORO1B [p Ser2] Antibody [NBP3-23242] - Immunocytochemical labeling of CORO1B in rabbit spleen fibroblasts treated with Calyculin A. The cells were labeled with rabbit polyclonal CORO1B (C-terminus) and CORO1B (Ser-2) antibodies, then detected using appropriate secondary antibodies conjugated to Cy3. The antibodies were used in the absence (left) or presence (right) of their respective blocking peptide.Western Blot: CORO1B [p Ser2] Antibody [NBP3-23242] -
Western Blot: CORO1B [p Ser2] Antibody [NBP3-23242] - Western blot analysis of human A431 cells treated with Calyculin A (100 nM) for 30 min (lanes 1 & 3) before treatment with lambda phosphatase (lanes 2 & 4). The blots were probed with anti-CORO1B (C-terminal region) (lanes 1 & 2) or anti-CORO1B (Ser-2) (lanes 3 & 4).Applications for CORO1B [p Ser2] Antibody
