Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: CRABP2 Antibody [NBP2-98294] - Immunofluorescence staining of mCRABP2 in NIH-3T3 cells. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA, permeabilzed with 0.1% Triton X-100 in PBS, blocked with 10% serum, and incubated with rabbit anti-mouse mCRABP2 polyclonal antibody (dilution ratio 1:200) at 4C overnight.
