WB: Approx. 150 kDa band observed in human adipose lysates (calculated MW of 123 kDa band according to NP_056107.1). In transfected HEK293 transiently expressing FAM62A a band of approx. 120 kDa is observed. This band is not observed in the non-transfected HEK293.
Please Note: Optimal dilutions of this antibody should be experimentally determined.
