Belonging to the F-box protein family, F-box only protein 34 (FBXO34) act as protein-ubiquitin ligases and interact with SKP1, TGFBR1 and SMAD4. More specifically, FBXO34 is a substrate-recognition component of the SCF (SKP1-cullin-F-box)-type E3 ubiquitin ligase complex.
