IHC: NBP1-02347was validated for use in immunohistochemistry on a panel of 21 formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) human tissues after heat induced antigen retrieval in pH 6.0 citrate buffer. After incubation with the primary antibody, slides were incubated with biotinylated secondary antibody, followed by alkaline phosphatase-streptavidin and chromogen. Background: G2A/GPR132

G2A belongs to the Lysophospholipid/Lysosphingolipid Receptor family and is an anti-proliferative cell cycle regulator that plays a critical role in controlling peripheral lymphocyte homeostasis. Loss of G2A expression leads to the development of a late-onset autoimmune syndrome (Le et al, 2001). Lysophosphatidylcholine (LPC) is the activating ligand for G2A.
