Immunoprecipitation:GEM Interacting Protein AntibodyNBP3-30082] -Detection of human GMIP by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from Jurkat cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-GMIP antibody (NBP3-30082 lot 1) used for IP at 1 µg per reaction. GMIP was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-GMIP antibody. For blotting immunoprecipitated GMIP, NBP3-30082 was used at 0.04 mg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 10 seconds.
