Western Blot: GluR1 [p Ser831] Antibody (JE44-96) - AMPA Subtype [NBP3-32767] - Western blot analysis of GluR1 on different lysates with Rabbit anti-GluR1 antibody (NBP3-32767) at 1/1,000 dilution.Lane 1: Mouse brain tissue lysate

Predicted band size: 102 kDa
Observed band size: 110 kDa
Exposure time: 1 minute;
4-20% SDS-PAGE gel.
Proteins were transferred to a PVDF membrane and blocked with 5% NFDM/TBST for 1 hour at room temperature. The primary antibody (NBP3-32767) at 1/1,000 dilution was used in 5% NFDM/TBST at 4C overnight. Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG - HRP Secondary Antibody at 1/50,000 dilution was used for 1 hour at room temperature.
