Western Blot: Glut4 [p Ser488] Antibody (JE43-23) [NBP3-32766] - Western blot analysis of Glut4 on mouse heart tissue lysates (no heat) with Rabbit anti-Glut4 antibody (NBP3-32766) at 1/1,000 dilution.Lysates/proteins at 30 ug/Lane.
Predicted band size: 55 kDa
Observed band size: 50 kDa
Exposure time: 3 minutes;
4-20% SDS-PAGE gel.
Proteins were transferred to a PVDF membrane and blocked with 5% NFDM/TBST for 1 hour at room temperature. The primary antibody (NBP3-32766) at 1/1,000 dilution was used in 5% NFDM/TBST at 4C overnight. Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG - HRP Secondary Antibody at 1/50,000 dilution was used for 1 hour at room temperature.
