Scientific Data Images for Human Carbonic Anhydrase X/CA10 Antibody
Detection of Human Carbonic Anhydrase X/CA10 by Western Blot.
Western blot shows lysates of human brain (hippocampus) tissue. PVDF membrane was probed with 1.5 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Human Carbonic Anhydrase X/CA10 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB2189) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF018). Specific bands were detected for Carbonic Anhydrase X/CA10 at approximately 38-42 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.Applications for Human Carbonic Anhydrase X/CA10 Antibody
