Human peripheral blood monocytes were stained with Mouse Anti-Human IL-3 Ra/CD123 PerCP-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (FAB301C) and either (A) Mouse Anti-Human ChemR23 PE-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # FAB362P) or (B) Mouse IgG3Phycoerythrin Isotype Control (IC007P). HEK293 human cell line (A) transfected with human ChemR23 or (B) irrelevant protein and eGFP, were stained with Mouse Anti-Human ChemR23 PE-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # FAB362P). Quadrant markers were set based on Mouse IgG3 PE Isotype Control (IC007P, data not shown). Staining was performed using our Staining Membrane-associated Proteins protocol.

Background: ChemR23

ChemR23 is a chemoattractant receptor expressed on dendritic cells and activated macrophages. ChemR23 binds Chemerin and functions as a coreceptor for SIV and some primary HIV-1 strains.
