Scientific Data Images for Human FSH beta Antibody
Detection of Human FSH beta by Western Blot.
Western blot shows lysates of human pituitary gland tissue. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Rat Anti-Human FSH beta Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB43102) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Rat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF005). Specific bands were detected for FSH beta at approximately 18-24 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.Applications for Human FSH beta Antibody
