Detection of Human GHRHR by Western Blot.
Western blot shows lysates of PC-3 human prostate cancer cell line, LoVo human colorectal adenocarcinoma cell line, K562 human chronic myelogenous leukemia cell line, and MCF-7 human breast cancer cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 4 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Human GHRHR Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB107352) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (HAF018). A specific band was detected for GHRHR at approximately 48 kDa (as indicated).
