Detection of LILRB5/CD85c/LIR-8 in Human peripheral blood monocytes by Flow Cytometry.
Human peripheral blood monocytes were stained with Goat Anti-Human LILRB5/CD85c/LIR-8 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF3065, filled histogram) or control antibody (Catalog # AB-108-C, open histogram), followed by Phycoerythrin-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # F0107).
Detection of Human LILRB5/CD85c/LIR-8 by Western Blot.
Western blot shows lysates of Human bone marrow. PVDF membrane was probed with 0.5 µg/mL of Goat Anti-Human LILRB5/CD85c/LIR-8 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF3065) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (HAF017). A specific band was detected for LILRB5/CD85c/LIR-8 at approximately 64 kDa (as indicated).
