Detection of Human, Mouse, and Rat SEC13 by Western Blot.
Western blot shows lysates of HepG2 human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line, C2C12 mouse myoblast cell line, NIH-3T3 mouse embryonic fibroblast cell line, and H4-II-E-C3 rat hepatoma cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 0.1 µg/mL of Rabbit Anti-Human/ Mouse/Rat SEC13 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB90552) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Rabbit IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF008). A specific band was detected for SEC13 at approximately 37 kDa (as indicated).
