Intracellular Staining by Flow Cytometry

Titration recommended for optimal concentration with starting range of 0.1-1 µg/1 million cells. Sample used for this experiment was SAOS-2 cells fixed and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Fixation Buffer (Catalog # FC004).

Background: Osteocalcin

Osteocalcin, also known as Bone gamma-Carboxyglutamic Acid Protein, is a secreted protein whose expression is restricted to cells of the osteoblast lineage (1). It has been frequently used as a marker for osteoblast lineage cells.
