Detection of Human Rap2B by Western Blot.
Western blot shows lysates of K562 human chronic myelogenous leukemia cell line and HepG2 human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 2 µg/mL Mouse Anti-Human Rap2B Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB5710) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF007). For additional reference, recombinant human Rap2A and Rap2B (5 ng/lane) were included. A specific band for Rap2B was detected at approximately 22 kDa (as indicated).
