Detection of Slug antibody in HeLa Human Cell Line antibody by Flow Cytometry.

Detection of Slug in HeLa Human Cell Line by Flow Cytometry.

HeLa human cervical epithelial carcinoma cell line was stained with Mouse Anti-Human Slug Alexa Fluor® 488-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # IC7408G, filled histogram) or isotype control antibody (IC003G, open histogram). To facilitate intracellular staining, cells were fixed with Flow Cytometry Fixation Buffer (FC004) and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Permeabilization/Wash Buffer I (FC005). View our protocol for Staining Intracellular Molecules.

Detection of Slug in PC-3 cells by Flow Cytometry.

PC-3 human prostate cancer cells were stained with Mouse Anti-Human Slug Alexa Fluor® 488-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # IC7408G, filled histogram) or isotype control antibody (Catalog # IC003G, open histogram). To facilitate intracellular staining, cells were fixed and permeabilized with FlowX FoxP3 Fixation & Permeabilization Buffer Kit (Catalog # FC012).
