Detection of Human TGIF1 by Western Blot.
Western blot shows lysates of HCT-116 human colorectal carcinoma cell line, JAR human choriocarcinoma cell line, and A549 human lung carcinoma cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 0.1 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Human TGIF1 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB7555) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF007). Specific bands were detected for TGIF1 at approximately 32-35 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
Detection of Human TGIF1 by Simple WesternTM.
Simple Western lane view shows lysates of HCT‑116 human colorectal carcinoma cell line, loaded at 0.5 mg/mL. A specific band was detected for TGIF1 at approximately 38 kDa (as indicated) using 1 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Human TGIF1 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB7555).
