Detection of Human TSG101 by Western Blot.
Western blot shows lysates of A172 human glioblastoma cell line, MDA-MB-231 human breast cancer cell line and K562 human chronic myelogenous leukemia cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 2 µg/ml of Mouse Anti-Human TSG101 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB114381) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF018). A specific band was detected for TSG101 at approximately 45 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Western Blot Buffer Group 1.Applications for Human TSG101 Antibody
