Western Blot: IGF1R/Insulin R [p Tyr1190, p Tyr1189, p Tyr1166, p Tyr1165] Antibody [NBP3-16685] - Western blot analysis of extracts of 293T cells, using IGF1R/Insulin R antibody (NBP3-16685) at 1:1000 dilution or IGF1R antibody.293T cells were treated by IGF-1 (50 ng/mL) at 37C for 5 minutes after serum-starvation overnight. Secondary antibody: HRP Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) at 1:10000 dilution. Lysates/proteins: 25ug per lane. Blocking buffer: 3% BSA. Detection: ECL Basic Kit. Exposure time: 1s.Applications
