Neutralization: IL-31 Antibody (MT313) [NBP3-18293] - Neutralization of human IL-31 induced IL-6 production (see graph). To determine the neutralizing capacity and ND50, mixtures of human recombinant IL-31 (50 ng/ml) and various concentrations of NBP3-18293 were added to human aortic endothelial cells that had been pre-stimulated with recombinant human IFN-gamma (10 ng/ml). Following overnight incubation, cell supernatants were quantified in IL-6 ELISA.Applications for IL-31 Antibody (MT313)
