Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-INO80 antibody lot NBP1-78759-2 used for IP at 6 ug per reaction. INO80 was also immunoprecipitated by a previous lot of this antibody NBP1-78759-1 and rabbit anti-INO80 antibody NBP1-78758-2. For blotting immunoprecipitated INO80, A303-371A was used at 0.04 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.

Background: INO80

INOC1 is the human homolog of S. cerevisiae Ino80, the catalytic ATPase subunit of the INO80 chromatin remodeling complex (Shen et al., 2000 (PubMed 10952318); Bakshi et al., 2004 (PubMed 15207721)). INOC1 defines a subfamily of SWI2/SNF2 chromatin remodeling proteins; see SMARCA (MIM 600014) for background information.(supplied by OMIM)
