Product Specifications

Immunogen

INPP4B antibody was raised against a 17 amino acid peptide near the amino terminus of human INPP4B. The immunogen is located within the last 50 amino acids of INPP4B. Amino Acid Squence: QFTSIQKTPNEPQLEF

Specificity

INPP4B antibody is human, mouse and rat reactive. At least two isoforms of INPP4B are known to exist; this antibody only detects the longer isoform. INPP4B antibody is predicted to not cross-react with INPP4A.

Description

CoraFluor(TM) 1 is a high performance terbium-based TR-FRET (Time-Resolved Fluorescence Resonance Energy Transfer) or TRF (Time-Resolved Fluorescence) donor for high throughput assay development. CoraFluor(IM) 1 absorbs UV light at approximately 340 nm, and emits at approximately 490 nm, 545 nm, 585 nm and 620 nm. It is compatible with common acceptor dyes that absorb at the emission wavelengths of CoraFluor(TM) 1. CoraFluor(TM) 1 can be used for the development of robust and scalable TR-FRET binding assays such as target engagement, ternary complex, protein-protein interaction and protein quantification assays.

Background: INPP4B

INPP4B encodes the inositol polyphosphate 4-phosphatase type II, one of the enzymes involved in phosphatidylinositolsignaling pathways. This enzyme removes the phosphate group at position 4 of the inositol ring from inositol3,4-bisphosphate. There is limited data to suggest that the human type II enzyme is subject to alternative splicing,as has been established for the type I enzyme. (provided by RefSeq)
