Flow Cytometry: Integrin alpha V/CD51 Antibody (7O8N2) [NBP3-15647] - HUVEC cells were stained with Rabbit IgG isotype control ( 2.5 ug/mL, blue line) or Integrin alpha V (ITGAV/CD51) Rabbit mAb 2.5 ug/mL orange line), followed by FITC conjugated goat anti-rabbit pAb (1:200 dilution) staining. Non-fluorescently stained HUVEC cells were used as blank control (red line).
