Western Blot: IP3R1 Antibody [NBP3-37937] - Immunoprecipitation of IP3R from 500 ug extracts of SH-SY5Y cells was performed using IP3R1 Rabbit pAb. Rabbit IgG isotype control was used to precipitate the Control IgG sample. IP samples were eluted with 1X Laemmli Buffer. The Input lane represents 10% of the total input. Western blot analysis of immunoprecipitates was conducted using IP3R Rabbit pAb at a dilution of 1:2500.
