Western Blot: LAP3 Antibody [NBP2-97066]

Western Blot: LAP3 Antibody [NBP2-97066] - Anti-LAP3 rabbit polyclonal antibody at 1:500 dilution. Lane A: HepG2 Whole Cell Lysate. Lysates/proteins at 30 ug per lane. Secondary Goat Anti- Rabbit IgG H&L (Dylight 800) at 1/10000 dilution. Developed using the Odyssey technique. Performed under reducing conditions. Predicted band size: 56 kDa. Observed band size: 55 kDa
Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence: LAP3 Antibody [NBP2-97066]

Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence: LAP3 Antibody [NBP2-97066]

Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: LAP3 Antibody [NBP2-97066] - Immunofluorescence staining of LAP3 in A431 cells. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA, permeabilzed with 0.3% Triton X-100 in PBS, blocked with 10% serum, and incubated with rabbit anti-human LAP3 polyclonal antibody (1:1000) at 4C overnight. Then cells were stained with the Alexa Fluor(R)488-conjugated Goat Anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody (green) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Positive staining was localized to cytoplasm and nucleus.
Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: LAP3 Antibody [NBP2-97066]

Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: LAP3 Antibody [NBP2-97066]

Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: LAP3 Antibody [NBP2-97066] - Immunochemical staining of human LAP3 in human liver with rabbit polyclonal antibody (1:20000, formalin-fixed paraffin embedded sections).
