Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: LUC7L2 Antibody [NBP3-06338] - Immunofluorescence staining of LUC7L2 in MCF7 cells. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA, permeabilzed with 0.3% Triton X-100 in PBS,blocked with 10% serum, and incubated with rabbit anti-Human LUC7L2 polyclonal antibody (dilution ratio 1:200) at 4 degrees celsius overnight. Then cells were stained with the Alexa Fluor (TM) 488-conjugated Goat Anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody (green). Positive staining was localized to Nucleus.Applications for LUC7L2 Antibody
