Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: Lysine (K)-specific Demethylase 3A/KDM3A/JMJD1A Antibody [NBP2-98966] - Immunofluorescence staining of Lysine (K)-specific Demethylase 3A/KDM3A/JMJD1A in HeLa cells. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA, blocked with 10% serum, and incubated with rabbit anti-human Lysine (K)-specific Demethylase 3A/KDM3A/JMJD1A polyclonal antibody (1:5000) at 4C overnight. Then cells were stained with the Alexa Fluor(R)594-conjugated Goat Anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody (red).Positive staining was localized to cytoplasm and nucleus.
