Sample: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-METTL3/MT-A70 antibody (NB100-77311) used for IP at 3 mcg/mg lysate. METTL3/MT-A70 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-METTL3/MT-A70 antibody (NB100-77310), which recognizes an upstream epitope.
