S1P1/EDG-1 was detected in perfusion fixed frozen sections of mouse heart using Rat Anti-Mouse S1P1/EDG-1 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB7089) at 25 µg/mL overnight at 4 °C. Tissue was stained using the Anti-Rat HRP-DAB Cell & Tissue Staining Kit (brown; Catalog # CTS017) and counter-stained with hematoxylin (blue). Specific staining was localized to endothelial cells in capillaries. View our protocol for Chromogenic IHC Staining of Frozen Tissue Sections.Applications for Mouse S1P1/EDG-1 Antibody
