Background: MRPL33

MRPL33, also known as 39 S ribosomal protein L33, mitochondrial, consists of a 7.6 kDa and a 6 kDa isoform and is involved in translation in the mitochondria as a member of the ribosomal protein L33P family. There is no current research conducted with the protein and diseases. The protein interacts with MRPL16, MRPL22, MRPL24, MRPL17, and MRPL11.
