Background: MRPS14

MRPS14, or Mitochondrial Ribosomal Protein S14, consists of a 128 amino acid isoform that is 15 kDa, and is a portion of the 28S mitochondrial ribosome subunit that aids in protein synthesis. Research is not currently being conducted on the relationship between MRPS14 and any diseases or disorders. MRPS14 interacts with ICT1, DDX56, USP42, MAP1LC3A, and MRPS2.
