Background: NARF

NARF (Nuclear Prelamin A Recognition Factor) is involved in electron transport, heterochromatin organization and regulates the ubiquitylation and degradation of T cell factor/lymphoid enhancer factor. NARF is known to have interactions with LMNA, LMNB1, PCB4, QKI and TAF9. NARF has been studied in relation to glaucoma.
