Application Notes
WB: Preliminary experiments gave an approx. 22 kDa band in mouse liver and lung lysates after 1 ug/ml antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the calculated size of 12.9 kDa band according to NP_035155.1. The 22 kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
Please Note: Optimal dilutions of this antibody should be experimentally determined.
