The HIS52 antibody has been tested by immunohistochemistry of rat frozen sections. The HIS52 antibody has been reported for use in flow cytometric analysis. No reactivity of the antibody was seen when applied in immunoblotting of PAGE-run lysates from endothelial cell cultures and stromal cell preparations. is recommended that the antibody be carefully titrated for optimal performance in the assay of interest.
