Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: PBX1 Antibody [NBP2-98718] - Immunofluorescence staining of PBX1 in MCF7 cells. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA, blocked with 10% serum, and incubated with rabbit anti-human PBX1 polyclonal antibody (1:1000) at 4C overnight. Then cells were stained with the Alexa Fluor(R)594-conjugated Goat Anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody (red). Positive staining was localized to nucleus.Applications for PBX1 Antibody
