Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-PAF antibody NBP2-32117 used for IP at 6 ug per reaction. PAF was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-PAF antibody NBP2-32117. For blotting immunoprecipitated PAF, NBP2-32117 was used at 1 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.
